Turnaround Time
All orders placed between Monday-Thursday will usually be processed within 2-3 business days. Some orders will be processed the same day or immediately.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by up to 5 business days. These days are not the same as shipment or in-transit times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Ground Shipping
Orders placed between Monday-Thursday will usually be shipped within 3-4 business days and orders placed between Friday-Sunday will usually be processed within 6 business days. We are not responsible for shipment delays or shipping speed inaccuracies of the shipping service companies/carriers. These days are not the same as in-transit days, which depend on shipping speed you’ve selected from the carrier, and any carrier delays.
*All batteries that are over 300 watt hours are considered hazmat and will require a signature at the time of delivery.
Freight Shipping
Please allow a few extra business days for freight shipping, as it is a more involved process than ground shipping. After we ship your order out you will be provided with a tracking number, and the trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery time.
Domestic Shipping Services:
1. Fedex Ground/Home Delivery
2. Canada Post (for non battery shipments only)
3. UPS
Shipping calculations are based off of your location and the weight of the product.
If you add an item to your cart and go to checkout, it will calculate the exact cost of shipping for you.

Returns
We offer a 14 day return option for our products. If you are not satisfied or are having issues with your product during the 14-day period, you may return the product for a full refund, but you must pay for the return shipping as well as a restocking fee of 10% or $30, whichever is less, unless the product is damaged or defective.
Products that areĀ sold AS IS or FOR SALVAGE are notĀ eligible for return or a warranty.
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind you may return the product for a full refund, minus your shipping cost and the aforementioned 10% or $30 restocking fee (whichever is less). OR contact us at least 24 hours before we ship the item and we will correct it before being shipped.
If you receive the incorrect item as a result of our mistake, you may return the item for a full refund, and we will pay for the shipping.
In order to return a product, contact us with your name and order number, and we will give you instructions on how to proceed with the return.
All refunds will be processed within 7 business days. When we receive the return back at our office, it will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to show up on your end after we process it.
